Accessible shopping agent

An agentic operator that lets blind users shop online end to end — search, compare, and check out — built with an assistive-technology company.

End-to-end search to checkout, completed conversationally
Voice + chat interaction on the user's terms
Screen-reader+ goes where assistive tech alone cannot

The challenge

What was in the way.

  • Online shopping flows are intensely visual — dynamic carts, pop-ups, and checkout forms defeat screen readers at the worst moments.
  • Blind users could browse, but completing a purchase independently remained unreliable.

Outcomes

What changed.

  • Blind users complete real purchases independently, end to end.
  • The interaction model extends beyond shopping to any visually-dense web flow.
